• Delivery & extension: Supply within original delivery period; Hindrance Register to be maintained; extensions considered only with purchaser-approved hindrances
• Eligibility & documentation: Bidders from border nations must furnish DPIIT registration; ensure all required submission documents per T&C; terms emphasize verification before eligibility
