Taking down carefully road spring assembly front and rear
by unsrewing nut and bolt cleaning servicing applying
required tension to all strip including reassembling , i Main
strip rear side , ii Main strip front side , iii Rubber Bush , iv
Strip No 2 and 4 , v Nut and Bolt leaving with nuts , M and L
for repair oblique replacing the unserviceable spares of fuel
injection pump assembly dismantling cleaning servicing
overhauling including calibration of injection nozzles , i
Injector nozzle , ii FIP Kit , iii Plunger with spring , iv Injector
Pipe , M and L for repair to clutch assembly by dismantling
carefully U oblique S clutch link rod clutch plate pressure
plate by unscrewing nuts and bolt welding clearing servicing
to clutch , i Clutch Paddle rubber , ii Clutch plate , iii
Pressure plate , iv Clutch release bearing , v Clutch link rod
, Dismantling carefully brake assebly welding where ever
required cleaning servicing to break cylinder including
reassembling all the components with replacing the
following , i Brake liner front with rivets , ii Brake liner rear
with rivets , iii Break Cylinder Kit , iv Break paddle , M and L
for repair of self statrer 12 Volts DC dismantling carefully
cleaning servicing rewinding armature and field coil with
exiting gauge of supper enamel copper wire varnishing , i
Bendix pinion , ii Sole noid switch 12 Volt DC , iii Bearing
6403 , iv Body bracing bolt , M and L replacement of blower
to the veh complete all as specified and as directed by Engr
in charge
