The selected contractor will be responsible for:

• Supplying JCB machines and tractors as per operational requirements.
• Operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently in the designated colony area.
• Performing civil maintenance and construction activities as directed.
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks within the stipulated completion period of 18 months.

Key Deliverables:

• Regular operation and maintenance of JCB and tractors.

Process Sequence:

1. Mobilization of equipment to site.
2. Daily operation as per schedule.

Additional Requirements:

• All machinery must be certified and compliant with safety standards.
• The contractor must ensure trained operators are available.
• 24/7 availability for emergency operations.

Payment Terms:

• Payments will be made monthly based on work completion reports.
• 10% of the total contract value will be retained as security, released after project completion.
