001-Tender fee Rs.12000/- for Construction of Various Category Quarters in Ahmedabad City (Addition, Alteration, Upgradation and Modernization of Campus, Landscaping and Beautification of Gardens and other Beautification work in Campus of Govt. Bunglow No. 4 to 30 at Dafnala, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad). in form of Demand Draft issued by the Nationalized or Schedule bank must accompany the pre-qualification bid only. The pre-qualification bid not accompanying with the requisite Tender Fee shall be out rightly rejected. Demand Draft only in favour of Executive Engineer, Ahmedabad city (R&B) Division, Ahmedabad, payable at Ahmedabad from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank. (DD for Tender Fee must be purchased from the account of Bidder)

002-Earnest money deposit Rs. 9,24,000.00 for Construction of Various Category Quarters in Ahmedabad City (Addition, Alteration, Upgradation and Modernization of Campus, Landscaping and Beautification of Gardens and other Beautification work in Campus of Govt. Bunglow No. 4 to 30 at Dafnala, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad). in form of FDR/ Bank Guarantee Not less than 165 Days issued by the Nationalized or Schedule bank or Exemption Certificate issued by R & B Department. must accompany the pre-qualification bid only. The pre-qualification bid not accompanying with the requisite Earnest Money Deposit / Exemption Certificate issued by R & B Department shall be out rightly rejected. The Format of Bank Guarantee is Given in SBD as Bid Security (Bank Guarantee) & FDR/ Bank Guarantee from Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, Ahmedabad city (R&B) Division, Ahmedabad payable at Gandhinagar. (FDR/ Bank Guarantee for EMD must be purchased from the account of Bidder) Contractor should submit the Tender fee and EMD in physical and send the same by RPAD / Speed post to the Executive Engineer, Ahmedabad city (R and B) Division, Ahmedabad in seal cover duly subscribing the name of work on or before Dt. / /2026 till 18.00 hours. Tender fee & EMD should be in favour of Executive Engineer, Ahmedabad city (R and B) Division, Ahmedabad.

003-Upload Scan copy of Registration Valid certificate of approved contractor in as per category from R&B Department/ Irrigation Dept. (Certificate renewal receipt will not be accepted) (Registration Class AA and above from Civil)

004-Bank Credit Certificate (up to 25 percent of estimated cost put to tender, i.e. Rs 2,30,86,870.88) The Applicant should scan a Bank Credit Certificate of Credit Facility up to 25 percent of Value of Estimated cost.(Refer. Page No:- 32 and Clause No. 4.5.6 Pg. No.10 of SBD)

005-Upload Scan copy of Permanent Account Number issued by Income Tax Department.

006-Upload Scan copy of GST Registration Certificate.
