Government Tender for Civil Works: Improve HR Structure & Minor Canal Repairs

Bids are scored based on technical competence, experience, financial stability, and bid price, with weights of 50%, 30%, and 20%, respectively. A minimum overall score of 70% is required to qualify. The highest scoring bid, demonstrating quality, experience, and cost-effectiveness, will be awarded the contract, ensuring transparency and fairness in the selection process.
