Government Tender for Electrical Works: Erection, Maintenance & Dismantling

The scope of work encompasses:

Bidder responsibilities include:

1. Conducting site surveys and preparing detailed work plans.
2. Procuring necessary permits and adhering to safety standards.
3. Executing the erection and maintenance activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
4. Ensuring quality control and timely completion of tasks.
5. Providing post-installation testing and commissioning.

All works must comply with applicable safety, technical, and environmental standards as specified in the tender documents.

The technical specifications include:

Sequential process:

1. Site survey and planning.
2. Procurement of materials and permits.
3. Erection and installation.
4. Testing and commissioning.
5. Maintenance and dismantling as required.

All technical activities must adhere to the specifications detailed in the tender documents and relevant Indian Standards (IS).

The estimated contract value is Rs. 44,99,995, with a tender fee of Rs. 1,180. Payment terms include:

• 10% of the contract value as advance upon agreement.
• 40% after completion of erection and initial testing.
• 30% after successful commissioning.
• Remaining 20% after final acceptance and documentation.

Bidders must submit EMD of Rs. 45,000 in the form of a bank guarantee or demand draft. The bid validity period is 90 days from the bid submission deadline. All financial proposals should be inclusive of applicable taxes and duties, clearly indicating unit rates and total amounts.
