The estimated project cost is INR 30,00,000. Bidders must submit a detailed financial proposal including breakdowns for materials, labor, and miscellaneous expenses. The payment schedule will be linked to project milestones, with an initial advance upon contract signing and subsequent payments based on completion stages. The bid must include a valid tender fee of INR 1475 and EMD as specified. All financial proposals should be submitted in the prescribed format, ensuring transparency and compliance with government procurement norms. The contract will be awarded based on the best value bid considering both price and technical competence.
