Government Tender for Erection & Maintenance of HT/LT Power Lines in Waghai Division

The scope of work includes:

• Erection and maintenance of HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) power lines across designated areas in Waghai Division.
• Installation and commissioning of T/C (Transformer/Controller) units as per technical specifications.
• Routine and preventive maintenance of existing electrical infrastructure.
• Replacement of damaged or outdated power lines and equipment.

The process involves:

1. Site survey and assessment.
2. Preparation of detailed work plan.
3. Procurement of necessary materials and permits.
4. Erection of power lines and T/C units.
5. Testing and commissioning.
6. Regular maintenance and troubleshooting.

The project must adhere to the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents, including safety protocols and quality standards.

All work must be completed within 24 months from the date of contract signing, with periodic progress reports submitted to the designated authority.

The project requires adherence to the following technical parameters:

The estimated project cost is INR 25,00,000. Bidders must submit a bid security (EMD) equivalent to INR 25,000, payable via DD, RTGS, or NEFT. The bid price should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, and incidental expenses.

Payment terms:

• 10% of the contract value as advance upon signing.
• Remaining payments linked to project milestones.
• Final payment after successful completion and acceptance.

All payments are subject to applicable taxes and deductions as per government norms.
