The selected consultancy will be responsible for the following key activities:

• Planning and designing development projects in coordination with Kanjari Nagarpalika.

• Providing progress reports and project completion documentation.

The consultancy must adhere to all applicable municipal and state regulations, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Final selection and contract signing.

The estimated budget for this consultancy is between ₹50 lakh and ₹75 lakh, inclusive of all taxes and charges. The financial proposal should include a detailed breakdown of costs for each phase of the project, including planning, design, supervision, and procurement assistance.

Payment terms are linked to project milestones, with 20% advance, 40% upon mid-term review, and 40% after project completion and approval.
