The selected service provider will be responsible for:

• Ensuring humane handling and treatment of animals during procedures.

• Providing all necessary equipment, medicines, and trained personnel.
• Complying with local municipal regulations and safety standards.

The process involves:

1. Site assessment and planning.
2. Procurement of vaccines and sterilization kits.
3. Animal capture and handling.
4. Sterilization and vaccination procedures.
5. Post-procedure animal care and release.
6. Documentation and reporting to municipal authorities.

The project duration will be as per the tender document, with completion expected within the stipulated period after award.

The estimated project budget ranges from INR 10,00,000 to INR 25,00,000, depending on the scale of work. The payment will be made in installments based on milestones achieved, as detailed in the tender document.

Payment Schedule:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of sterilization and vaccination.
• 30% post-final report submission and approval.
  All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and compliance with contractual terms.
