The financial bid accounts for 30% weightage in the overall evaluation, with bids quoted as percentage rates exclusive of GST but inclusive of all taxes. Payments are scheduled as 10% advance, 40% after initial completion, and 50% upon final acceptance. Payments are contingent upon submission of valid invoices, inspection reports, and compliance certificates, ensuring transparency and adherence to contractual terms.
