The estimated project cost is Rs. 45,150,065.46. The payment schedule will be linked to project milestones, including mobilization, excavation completion, steel installation, and final completion. Bidders must submit a bid with detailed cost breakdowns, including material costs, labor, equipment, and overheads. The bid must be valid for 120 days from submission. The tender fee of Rs. 1500 is non-refundable. The EMD of Rs. 45,150 must be submitted along with the bid and will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after evaluation. Successful bidders will enter into a contractual agreement based on the bid submitted, with payments processed as per the agreed schedule.
