The estimated project cost ranges between ₹300 crore to ₹500 crore, depending on scope adjustments. The financial breakdown is as follows:

Payment terms include:

• Initial Mobilization Advance: 10% upon contract signing.
• Progress Payments: Based on milestones achieved, submitted through certified bills.
• Final Payment: Upon project completion and acceptance.
• Retention Money: 5% retained till defect liability period.
  All payments are subject to submission of requisite documents and compliance reports.
