The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:

• Doorstep delivery of supplies within Ahmedabad City Zone 4, covering all designated zones under Vibhag 4 Godown.
• Ensure timely collection and distribution of goods as per schedule.
• Maintain quality standards for delivery, including proper handling and documentation.
• Use of GPS-enabled vehicles to ensure real-time tracking and transparency.
• Compliance with all safety and security protocols mandated by the government.

The process involves:

1. Receiving the delivery schedule from the Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation.
2. Preparing vehicles as per the specifications outlined in Tender Annexure-3 and 3(A).
3. Executing daily delivery routes efficiently, ensuring coverage of all zones.
4. Providing real-time updates on delivery status via GPS sharing as per Annexure-6.
5. Reporting and documentation of delivery completion, issues, and vehicle maintenance.

The contractor must ensure all vehicles are BS-3 model (manufactured after 2007) with valid fitness certificates, insurance, and PUC certificates. All vehicles should be registered on the mParivan portal with updated details. The contractor shall also provide experience certificates for at least two audited years and maintain transparency in financial and operational records.
