Gujarat Water Infrastructure Tender for 700 KW Induction Motor Supply & Installation

The scope of work includes:

• Supply of a 700 KW, 989 RPM, 6.6 KV, three-phase induction motor compatible with existing Wilo make HSCF pump base frame.
• Installation, testing, and commissioning of the motor at NC-6 Khirai Pumping Station.
• Providing suitable coupling and all necessary accessories.
• Transportation, loading, unloading, and insurance of the equipment.
• Inspection and quality assurance to ensure compliance with technical standards.

The process involves:

1. Delivery of the motor to the site.
2. Installing the motor onto the existing pump infrastructure.
3. Connecting electrical and mechanical components.
4. Conducting testing procedures to verify operational efficiency.
5. Final commissioning and handover.

The project must adhere to the specifications outlined in the tender documents, including safety and quality standards as per the technical specifications table below:

All work must be completed within 6 months from the date of award, with strict compliance to technical and safety standards.

• Voltage: 6.6 KV, 3-phase
• Frequency: 50 Hz
• Insulation class: F
• Enclosure: TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled)

Procedures for technical compliance include:

The total estimated cost for the project is ₹37,98,020.00, which includes supply, installation, transportation, insurance, and inspection charges. Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 50% after delivery and installation.
• 20% after successful testing and commissioning.

The bid should include a detailed price breakdown in the prescribed format, covering all components and services. Bidders must submit a valid bid security (EMD) of the specified amount, which will be retained until project completion or refunded as per tender terms. The financial proposal must be valid for 180 days from the bid submission deadline.
