The selected consultancy will be responsible for the following activities:

• Conducting detailed land surveys and assessments along the specified road segments.

The estimated project budget ranges from INR 50 lakh to INR 70 lakh, covering consultancy fees, survey costs, stakeholder engagement, and documentation. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 10% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% upon completion of initial land surveys and stakeholder engagement.
• 30% after submission of preliminary reports.
• 20% upon final project completion and approval.

All payments are subject to approval of deliverables and compliance with contractual terms.
