Technical Specifications & Requirements

• Scope covers all parts including plastic components and consumables, excluding power supply and papers.
• Service provider must supply only genuine spare parts and consumables of the Manufacturer.
• Minimum on-site service: at least 1 qualified technician; telephonic fault reporting with immediate response.
• Standby machine provision if the equipment is moved for workshop repairs; no transportation charges paid for standby arrangement.
• Deployment across multiple sites; post-warranty machines to be included in FSMC; payments on pro-rata basis per online rates.
• Deputation: technician(s) to attend complaints; service during office hours with after-hours/holiday support as required by Ministry.

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Experience: Submission must include an Experience Certificate for supplying similar services to Govt/PSU/private organizations (scored 6/10).
• EMD: If MSME/NSIC registration exists, an EMD exemption certificate must be enclosed.
• Variation Clause: Up to 25% change in contract quantity or duration, with acceptance of revised scope; pro-rata value adjustments allowed for lumpsum service contracts.
• Location/Travel: No TA/DA; relocation of machines between listed ministry locations; payment adjustments via online bid for pro-rata periods.
• Deployment: Minimum 1 qualified technician; provide service center contact numbers; on-site repairs preferred; standby machine provided when needed.
