Bidders must meet eligibility including GST registration with HSN code, ISI 2082 (Q2) compliance, and submit EMD 2% security via RTGS/NEFT. Provide OEM authorization if required and experience certificates showing similar government supply. Ensure delivery within 15 days of PO and prepare 10% PBG before final payment.

Submit GST certificate, PAN, HSN code, ISI 2082 compliance certificates, technical bid with model/spec sheets, OEM authorization (if applicable), and financial statements. Include RTGS/NEFT payment details for 2% security deposit and any past experience certificates related to public sector geyser procurement.

The contract requires 100% payment along with applicable taxes after receipt and acceptance at Obra store, following the purchaser's policy. A 10% performance bank guarantee is required before final payment, and taxes are settled per GST regulations.

Delivery must occur within 15 days from PO. Delay penalties apply at 0.5% per week up to a maximum of 10% of the undelivered value. Delivery must also adhere to 25% quantity variation rules if exercised.

Bidders must supply ISI marked geysers conforming to IS 2082 (Q2) and ensure units are interchangeable with existing equipment at the Obra BTPS/CTPS site, enabling seamless integration without modifications.

The purchaser may increase or decrease the order quantity up to 25% at contracted rates during placement and during the contract period. Any time extension is calculated as (increased quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

A 2% security deposit is due within 30 days of PO via RTGS/NEFT. A 10% PBG (BG/RTGS/NEFT) is required prior to release of final payment, valid for 18 months from the last date of receipt of material in Central Stores, ensuring performance compliance.

Ensure supplier products bear the ISI mark and comply with IS 2082 (Q2). Include certification documentation in the bid, provide model specifications, and confirm interchangeability with existing geysers at Obra BTPS/CTPS to meet UP government procurement standards.
