The purchaser may vary quantity by up to 25% at contracted rates. Additional time is calculated as (increased quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days; extended time can be used within the contract's original delivery window.

Bidders must hold ISO-9001 certification with a copy submitted in bid documents. Service declarations on notary stamp paper are required, plus evidence of a functional service center in the consignee state to ensure post-sales support.

Delivery and installation are at Gram Panchayat Bhawan Hariharpur, Pupri Block, Sitamarhi, Bihar 843301. Installation, testing and commissioning are included in the scope of supply, with on-site acceptance testing after installation.
