Indian Army Supply of Structure Items for Offr Living Shelter (FEMS) Tender 2026 Karu Leh

Bidders must register, meet the 3-year govt/PSU supply criterion, submit PAN, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate, and EMD ₹224,449 via DD to SBI Karu or online. Include GST invoice and payment confirmation on GeM, and provide contracts proving prior similar supply.

Submit PAN, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate certified by bank, and contracts demonstrating 3 years of govt/PSU supply. Also provide experience certificates and company registration details to enable vendor code setup.

Delivery and installation must occur within a 350 KM radius from Karu, Leh; delivery schedule may extend under the option clause, with minimum 30 days extension if applicable.

EMD is ₹224,449. Acceptable payment methods include a Demand Draft in favor of COMMANDING OFFICER, 116 ENGR REGT payable at SBI KARU, or GST-compliant online payment as per GeM procedures.

Must have 3 years of Govt/PSU supply experience for similar products, maintain financial integrity, provide contract copies for each year, and ensure GST compliance with invoicing. Also provide OEM authorization if required by the purchaser.

Purchaser may increase/decrease quantity up to 50%; delivery time adjusts using the formula (additional quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days extension.

Submit scanned GST invoice and a GST portal payment confirmation during GeM invoicing; ensure GSTIN is active and rates are in accordance with applicable GST schedule, with actuals or quoted percentage.
