Required documents include GST registration, PAN, BIS/ISI certificates, manufacturer authorization if not producer, technical compliance for 80 GSM neutralised paper, financial statements, and experience certificates showing capability to supply ISI-marked rolls, plus post-delivery acceptance proof for Jhansi inspection.

Delivery terms allow up to ±25% quantity variation with extended delivery time calculated as (additional quantity/original quantity) × original period, minimum 30 days. Final delivery aligns with Jhansi site acceptance, and scale is governed by option clause in ATC.
