Bidders must submit PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, and EFT Mandate along with OEM authorizations and ISO 9001 proof. Ensure supply scope includes 5 items: KEY BD WITH MOUSE, SLIM DVD WRITER, MAINTENANCE BOX, SSD 512 GB, and VGA CABLE; comply with 25% quantity variation and 2-year warranty.

Warranty is 2 years from final acceptance or post-installation/comissioning; OEM warranty certificates must be provided at delivery; seller must guarantee rectification of any breakdown during the warranty and maintain an India-wide service network.

Contract permits a 25% quantity variation at the time of contract placement and during currency; additional delivery time is computed as (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum 30 days.

Bidders or OEMs must hold ISO 9001 certification; ensure ISO proof accompanies bid; after-sales service capability with service centers in India is required for sustained support of IT hardware.

Scope is strictly supply of goods only; items include five hardware components; installation, if included, will be part of the scope with OEM support; delivery to consignee location in INDIA is mandatory.

Participating bidders may be subject to sample dispatch and inspection before bid opening; non-participation may lead to disqualification; ensure all documents, including service network details and ISO 9001 certificates, are ready for verification.

Provide OEM authorization documents and confirmation of service centers across INDIA; ensure the OEM backs the warranty and after-sales support; include installation and commissioning guidelines if applicable to goods supplied.
