The warranty is 1 year from the date of final acceptance or after commissioning, whichever occurs later. OEM warranty certificates must be submitted at delivery; supplier must rectify defects within 10 days, with penalties of 0.5% per week up to 10% of contract value.

Post-receipt inspection is conducted by the purchaser’s authorized representative (CGM OFK or designated). Pre-dispatch inspection is not mandated unless ATC specifies. Acceptance follows successful testing at consignee site; ensure readiness for inspection and provide all required test certificates.

Delay in defect rectification carries a penalty of 0.5% of unit price per week, capped at 10% of total contract value. If penalties exceed, the buyer may seek service from alternate sources at seller’s cost and recover penalties from the Performance Security.

Cables must comply with IS 7098 Part 1 for low-voltage XLPE insulated cables. Ensure OEM warranty and service network coverage in India, with ISI/other certifications if specified by buyer’s ATC; provide test reports demonstrating conformity.

Submit the EMD of ₹31,772 as per tender guidelines, either through demand draft or online payment as specified by the buyer. Include EMD reference in the bid cover and attach payment receipt with bid submission; ensure validity through bid opening date.

Scope is strictly supply of XLPE cable goods; no installation included unless stated. Bidders should ensure delivery readiness to consignee, post-receipt inspection, and provide OEM warranties and after-sales service coverage across India.
