Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type, Totally enclosed, double door with sloped roof, Outdoor type (IP55 or higher), floor mounted, fully CRCA steel built feeder pillar fabricated in compartmentalized design made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly powder coated in approved shade suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply, TPN aluminium busbars of high conductivity, DMC or SMC busbar supports with bottom base channel with mounting legs made out of steel section of not less than 3mm thickness, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 20mm X 3 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth studs, solid connection from main busbar to switchgears with required size of aluminium busbar, control wiring with FRLS insulated copper conductor cables, cable alleys , cable gland plates, neoprene gaskets, terminal blocks etc to accommodate the following accessories etc. complete as required. Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor UG power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes confirming to IS 7098 (Part -1/1988) with upto date amendments etc complete as required. 3.5 x 300 Sqmm.

Supply of following OD HDPE Pipe of PE 80 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like HDPE socket, bend, tees, couplers etc., conforming to IS 4984 complete etc., as required. 63 mm

Supply of Underground Warning or Caution Tape - Electric Cable Line 6, made from polyethylene tube type with printing, size 6 x 250 mtr, color Red, weight approx. 3.5 kg per roll complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination (w/o glands ) with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 x 16 sq.mm

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Laying of following size DWC/HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. Direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in existing trench etc., complete as required. 110 mm dia

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed or XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ DUCT/ METAL/DWC/HDPE pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed or XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Dismantling bituminous road by manually/ mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1.2.4 (1 cement . 2 coarse sand .4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including form work etc as required.

Supply and fixing of the following size cross arm at top of pole, these cross arm shall be suitable for top of 7 mtr pole including 3 nos 10mm dia HDG pinch bolts, Stiffness plates etc. as required. Double Arm Bracket having arm length of 1.2 mtr

Supplying 3 Core 1.5 Sqmm of FRLS PVC round sheathed Copper conductor (Flexible) Industrial cable, 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 694 etc as required.

Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 90W LED Type Street Light Fixture on the existing street light wall bracket with nut bolts, making inter connections from cable junction box to fitting with already supplied 3C X 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable/looping of fitting at the top of pole if required as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with FRP cover plate of mini 2.5 ton capacity, 18x18 mini size and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode at 0.5 meter below the ground including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing street light poles up to 9 meters in height, including breaking of the concrete pedestal or by removal of nuts, washers, and other mounting accessories without causing any damage to the pole. The scope also includes dismantling of LED light fixtures, removal of cables, wires, junction boxes, and safe shifting/transportation of the dismantled poles to a designated location within a lead of 300 meters. All works shall be carried out as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, including all labour, tools, equipment, and incidental charges, complete in all respects.

Laying of caution tape over the cable trench at approved depth, complete as directed.
