The map frame must be a wooden frame with dimensions 179 cm length, 60.5 cm height, and 9 cm width, featuring glass and the RR Bn logo at the center. The carpet roll measures 3 m x 100 m and the package includes a customised LRC pad and an Air Wick machine with refill.

Scope includes Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and operator training, plus any statutory clearances required. The award may include additional items or quantity adjustments up to 25% during contract execution, with delivery timelines tied to the last order date.

Both bidders and OEMs must demonstrate minimum average annual turnover over the last three financial years ending March 31 of the previous year, supported by audited statements or CA certificates. If the company is under 3 years old, turnover is based on completed years since incorporation.

Bidders or OEMs must hold ISO 9001 certification. Additional product certifications may be required as per the bid document; non-compliance could lead to disqualification. Ensure all certificates are uploaded with the bid and aligned to the supplied products.

The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the bid quantity by up to 25% at contract placement and during the currency of the contract. Extended delivery time is calculated as (increased quantity ÷ original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

Delivery terms tie to the last date of the original delivery order. If the option clause is used, additional time is calculated per the formula above, and the contract may be extended to accommodate the added quantity, subject to the overall delivery constraints and minimum 30-day extension rule.
