Delivery scope is the supply of goods only to Main Stores, BHEL Factory, TP Jhansi. The contractor must include all costs in the bid price, with post-receipt inspection by BHEL and a 1-year warranty from the receipt date at Jhansi.

The purchaser may increase or decrease quantity up to 25% during contract. Extended delivery period is calculated as (additional quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days; extension can be up to the original delivery period.

A 1-year warranty is specified from the date of receipt of materials at BHEL Jhansi. The warranty covers defects arising during normal use; the supplier must address warranty claims at BHEL Jhansi per the ATC.

Bidders must determine applicable GST; reimbursement is either actual GST or the lower of the quoted GST rate. Invoices should be raised with the consignee’s GSTIN, and a GST portal payment screenshot must be uploaded.

Post-receipt inspection is conducted at the consignee site by BHEL Jhansi after delivery. Pre-dispatch inspection is not mandated unless referenced in the ATC. Inspections confirm conformity before acceptance.
