Company registration Certificate and GST registration certificate from commercial tax department
Five year work order and work done certificate of Digitalization of Office record /Scanning work in any Government Organisation
Five years of satisfactory completed certificate at least 90 percentage of the cumulative contract value at segregation of fils and Bar-coding of records
Income tax return document for last 3 years
Self-declaration of tenderers stating that the firm is not blacklisted by PSU / Government bodies. Any wrong declaration will make the tenderer to be criminally prosecuted
The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 40.00 Lakhsduring the last three financial years, i.e., 2023-24 to 2025-26 CA Certified Copy with UDIN Number of Last Three Years Turnover details
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
