The selected contractor will be responsible for:

3. Immediate response to breakdowns.

The contractor shall ensure uninterrupted water supply, timely maintenance, and safety compliance throughout the contract period.

The estimated project cost is INR 18,45,876. The financial bid should include a detailed breakdown of costs for operation, maintenance, and emergency repairs. Payments will be made quarterly based on satisfactory service and approved reports. The bidder must submit a refundable EMD of INR 18,456 along with the bid. The total bid amount should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, and incidental costs. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 25% on contract signing.
• 25% after 3 months.
• 25% after 6 months.
• 25% after project completion and acceptance.
