Required[7] Essential experience in Form 3A (which is online submitted by the bidder) of Hon`ble Prime Minister of India program that has successfully completed in last five years in Gujarat state. One similar work of Hon`ble Prime Minister of India program in the Gujarat state. The Form 3A amount shall not be less than 50 Percentage of the tender amount (i.e. Rs.35,16,446). (From-3A amount will be calculated as follows: (1) if the work is completed on or before Nov-2023, then 18 Percentage GST amount will be deducted from the amount shown in Form-3A which is online submitted by the bidder. (2) if the work is completed after Nov-2023 then full amount as per the Form 3A which is online submitted by the bidder will be consider/accepted.) Similar work means having an experience of Sound System Work in the program of the Hon`ble Prime Minister of India, in the state of Gujarat. If the Work (shown in Form-3A) carried out/Organized by State Government, then only it will be considered/accepted.
Required[8] The bidders should have GST registration. (Certified copy of registration).
Required[9] Bidder has to submit affidavit on 300 Rupees Stamp paper that that, it (bidder) is not blacklisted by any government department of Gujarat or any other state. (Annexure-I)

Required[11] Annual turnover in any one of the last Five Financial years (2020-2025), ending 31st march of the previous financial year, should be at least 2 times of the estimated cost put to tender. (i.e. Rs. 1,40,65,781.00) Bidder has to submit turnover certificate which is verified and authorized by Charted Accountant. The UDIN mandatorily mentioned on the turnover certificate.
