• Repair of various pulleys of conveyor belts at the Coal Handling Plant of Wanakbori TPS.

• The work must be completed within 11 months from the date of contract signing.

• Bidders must provide all necessary tools, tackles, and equipment as per the list provided.
• The contractor shall coordinate with the Power Station’s maintenance team for scheduling and execution.

• The bidder must submit a detailed technical proposal outlining methodology, resources, and timeline.
• All work must conform to the safety and environmental regulations of the power station.
• Post-repair testing and quality assurance are mandatory before project completion.

The estimated contract value ranges from INR 10,00,000 to INR 20,00,000, depending on the scope of repairs and miscellaneous works. The tender fee is INR 2950, payable online. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 10% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% mid-term payment after completion of initial repairs and inspection.
• 50% final payment after successful testing and project completion.
  All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and acceptance of work as per specifications. Bidders must submit a detailed financial bid along with supporting documents demonstrating their financial capacity. The financial bid should be inclusive of all taxes and applicable charges.
