The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:

• Operation & Maintenance of the existing Ductable Air Handling Units (AHU) and associated HVAC systems at the LG Multistoried Hospital.
• Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted cooling service.
• Inspection and Testing of HVAC components periodically.
• Replacement of faulty parts and consumables as needed.

• Power Supply: 415V, 3-phase, 50Hz.

• Efficiency Standards: Compliant with BIS and IS standards.

Sequential process for technical compliance:

1. Submission of detailed technical proposal.
2. On-site inspection and verification.
3. Approval of maintenance plan by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
