The selected contractor will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive maintenance services for air conditioners, water coolers, purifiers, and refrigerators at LG Hospital campus and related buildings.
• Routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure continuous operation.
• Supplying skilled manpower for servicing, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.
• Using genuine spare parts approved by the hospital authorities.
• Maintaining detailed service records and providing regular reports.

The process includes:

2. Scheduling preventive maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines.
3. Responding promptly to breakdown calls.
4. Carrying out repairs using authorized parts.
5. Final testing and commissioning of repaired equipment.
