Tender for Providing Operator and Labour Supply for Storm Water Maintenance in Ahmedabad

The selected contractor will be responsible for:

• Deploying trained operators at designated storm water sumps across Isanpur Ward.
• Supplying skilled and unskilled labour for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ensuring timely cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of storm water infrastructure.
• Coordinating with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for schedule adherence.
• Providing all necessary tools, equipment, and safety gear.

The process includes:

1. Mobilizing staff and equipment before the monsoon season.
2. Regular inspection and cleaning of storm water sumps.
3. Immediate response to any blockages or flooding issues.
4. Maintaining detailed activity logs and reporting to authorities.
5. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key deliverables include operational reports, maintenance logs, and timely completion of scheduled activities.

The contractor must ensure that all equipment used for cleaning and maintenance meet the following standards:

The total estimated cost for the project is Rs. 599,995.00. The bidder must submit a detailed financial proposal breaking down costs for manpower, equipment, transportation, and miscellaneous expenses. Payment will be made in installments based on milestones achieved, with a final settlement after project completion.

Payment terms:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after 6 months of satisfactory work.
• 30% upon project completion and approval.

All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and activity reports.
