Construction and Upgradation of Secondary Schools, BRC Bhavan, Hostel & KGBV in Patan

The scope of work includes:

• Construction and upgrading of secondary schools, BRC Bhavan, ALS Hostel, and KGBV facilities at various locations in Patan district.

• Key deliverables:

  • Complete civil works including foundations, walls, roofing, flooring, and finishing.
  • Electrical installations as per specifications.
  • Plumbing and sanitation infrastructure.
  • Site development and landscaping.
  • Compliance with all technical and safety standards.

• The process involves:

  1. Site assessment and preparation.
  2. Procurement of materials and equipment.
  3. Construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
  4. Quality assurance and safety monitoring.
  5. Final inspection and handover.

The technical specifications include:

• Construction must adhere to the detailed drawings and specifications provided in the tender documents.
• Sequential procedures:
  1. Mobilization and site setup.
  2. Foundation and structural work.
  3. Superstructure and roofing.

  5. Finishing and quality checks.
  6. Handover after final inspection.

The estimated project cost is approximately 41,610,400 INR. Bidders must submit a tender fee of 6000 INR along with EMD as specified. Payment terms are as follows:

• 10% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of foundation and structural work.
• 30% after internal and external finishing.
• 20% after final inspection and approval.

All payments are subject to approval and compliance with contractual milestones. The successful bidder must provide bank guarantees for the respective payment stages.
