The construction must adhere to the following technical standards:

• Foundation: RCC with M20 grade concrete
• Walls: Brick masonry with cement plaster
• Roofing: Reinforced concrete slabs with waterproofing
• Electrical: Compliant with IS 732-1989 standards
• Plumbing: GI pipes conforming to IS standards

The process involves reviewing detailed drawings, executing foundation work, constructing the superstructure, installing electrical and plumbing systems, and conducting inspections before handover.
