6. Complete documentation and handover.

All works must comply with Gujarat State Electricity Board standards and safety protocols.

The estimated project cost is INR 29,99,981, which includes all materials, labor, and overheads. Payment will be made in milestones based on work completion and inspection approvals. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 10% advance at contract signing.
• 40% on completion of pole erection and line stringing.
• 30% after transformer installation and initial testing.
• 20% upon final commissioning and acceptance.
  Bidders must submit cost breakdowns and financial proposals aligned with these milestones. All costs should include applicable taxes, including GST.
