Government Tender for Electrical Works: Erection, Maintenance & Disconnection under Chhotaudepur (RE) Scheme

The total estimated cost for the project is INR 29,99,981. Payment will be made based on milestones achieved, subject to certification by the project engineer. The payment schedule includes:

• 10% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of pole erection and initial testing.
• 30% after transformer installation and system testing.
• 20% upon project completion and final approval.

Bidders must submit a refundable EMD of INR 30,000 along with their bid. The bid validity period is 90 days from the submission deadline. All financial transactions should be in INR, and invoices must be supported by relevant certification and documentation.
