• Erection & Maintenance of HT/ LT Lines: Install, repair, and maintain high tension and low tension power lines as per project specifications.
• Transformer Centre Works: Construction, commissioning, and upkeep of transformer centers at designated locations.
• Project Implementation Steps:

1. Site Inspection & Assessment: Conduct preliminary surveys.
2. Material Procurement: Acquire necessary electrical components and materials.
3. Installation & Erection: Install power lines and transformer centers as per approved plans.
4. Testing & Commissioning: Ensure operational readiness and safety compliance.
5. Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance services for 24 months.
   • Compliance & Standards: All work must adhere to the applicable electrical safety and quality standards, including local regulations and technical specifications provided in tender documents.
   • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of work progress, inspections, and compliance reports as required by DGVCL.

Sequential Process:

1. Site survey and assessment
2. Material procurement
3. Installation and erection
4. Testing and commissioning
5. Maintenance and support for 24 months

The total estimated cost for the project is INR 25,00,000. The payment schedule is as follows:

• Initial Mobilization: 10% of the contract value upon agreement signing.
• Progress Payments: 50% distributed proportionally based on work completed at predefined milestones.
• Final Payment: 40% after successful completion, testing, and approval.
