The estimated project cost is approximately Rs. 99,99,679.87. Payment will be made based on milestone completion, subject to satisfactory inspection.

Payment Schedule:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% on completion of 50% of work.
• 30% after final inspection and approval.

All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and completion certificates.
