The selected consultancy firm will be responsible for:

• Conducting detailed structural inspections of residential buildings under T.P Scheme No.47 (Bhestan).
• Performing testing procedures as per relevant standards to assess structural integrity.
• Preparing comprehensive structural assessment reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and safety measures.
• Coordinating with Surat Municipal Corporation for site access and data collection.
• Ensuring all work complies with municipal and national safety standards.

The firm must ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards throughout the project.

All testing equipment must be calibrated and certified for accuracy, and safety protocols must be strictly followed during site inspections.

The estimated project cost is INR 220,000, which includes all inspection, testing, and reporting activities. Payment will be made in installments based on milestones achieved:

Bid Submission: Bidders must submit a detailed financial proposal along with technical documents. The bid validity period is 120 days from the bid opening date.
