The estimated project budget ranges between ₹10 lakh and ₹15 lakh, inclusive of all materials, labor, and incidental costs. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 50% after completion of surface preparation and first coat.
• 20% after final inspection and approval.
