8. Final testing and commissioning

All work must be completed within the stipulated timeline, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

The process involves sequential steps: site survey, cable procurement, trenching, cable laying, jointing, testing, and final commissioning. All technical procedures must adhere to relevant standards to ensure safety, durability, and performance.

The estimated project cost is approximately 50 lakh INR, with a tender bid offer validity of 180 days. The financial bid should include a detailed breakdown of costs for supply, installation, testing, and commissioning. Payment will be made in accordance with project milestones as specified in the contract.

Payment terms include advance, progress payments based on milestones, and final payment upon successful completion and acceptance of work. All financial proposals must be submitted in the prescribed format and adhere to the tender guidelines.
