Technical parameters include:

• Wall thickness: 200mm for compound wall.
• Electrical load capacity: minimum 100 kVA.
• Door and window specifications as per attached specifications.

The estimated project cost is approximately ₹2,84,48,440.24. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 10% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 40% progress payment after completion of 50% of work.
• 40% upon completion of all civil and electrical works.
• 10% retention after final inspection.

Bidder must submit a detailed financial proposal, including breakdown of costs for materials, labor, and overheads. All costs should be inclusive of applicable taxes, and payment will be made as per the schedule upon approval of work milestones. The total bid amount should not exceed the estimated project cost, and bidders must ensure financial transparency and compliance with government norms.
