Heritage Conservation Tender for Old Circuit House at Shahibaug Ahmedabad

001-Upload Scan copy of Tender Fee of Rs.900/- in the form of Demand Draft only (Cash not acceptable) in favour of Executive Engineer, Ahmedabad City (R and B) Division, Ahmedabad, payable at Ahmedabad from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank. (DD for Tender Fee must be purchased from the account of Bidder)

002-Upload scan copy of Earnest Money Deposit Rs.15,000/- in the form of FDR (with a validity period of not less than 165 Days) from Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, Ahmedabad City (R and B) Division, Ahmedabad, payable at Ahmedabad. (FDR for EMD must be purchased from the account of Bidder)

003-Upload Scan copy of valid Bank Solvency required 20 percent of Estimated Cost put to tender of Scheduled/ Nationalized Bank issued in the current Calendar year 2026 only or Last Year 2025 Valid Bank Solvency will be considered up to Dt.31/03/2026.

004-The bidder should be in existence for the last 05 (Five) years, registered with COA and working in the field of architecture as on bid submission date. (2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) (Copy of Certificate of Incorporation of a Company, COA registration certificate and copy of work order issued by competent authority confirming work of architecture)

005-The bidder should have Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 3 Crore in any one year in last 5 financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25). (Certified copies of CA of the accounts for last five financial years are required to be attached)

006-The bidder should have completed the assignment of providing Conservation, Restoration and Rehabilitation of Heritage Structures including providing Architectural, Heritage Interior, Structural, landscaping, Estimate, DTP, Specifications and site Supervision services for building works during the last 5 financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) as on the bid submission date for Govt. / Semi Govt./ PSUs/ ULBs: (a) 1 (One) similar project having project completion cost of minimum 25 crores. (b) 2 (Two) similar projects having project completion cost each minimum 15 crores. (c) 3 (Three) similar projects having project completion cost each minimum 10 crores. (Copies of Work Orders / Contract Agreements from clients along with Completion Certificates)

007-The bidder should have completed assignments of providing comprehensive Architectural, Structural Design and Estimation, DTP, services for building works during last last 5 (Five) financial years. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25). The cumulative project value must be more than 250 crores as on bid submission date for Govt./Semi Govt./ PSUs/ULBs. (Please submit the details of the project completed along with the completion certificate and work order of projects)

008-Blacklisting: Bidder should not be under the declaration of being blacklisted by any Central/State Government/PSUs for corrupt or fraudulent practices as on date of Bid Submission. (A Self Certified affidavit on Rs. 300/- Notarized Stamp paper by an authorized Signatory having power of attorney for the TENDER DOCUMENT process with Signature and stamp)

009-The bidder must have well established office in India with the necessary infrastructure and manpower to provide quality service. (Please submit the valid & latest copy of any of the following: Property Tax bill / Electricity Bill / GST Registration. The bidder must submit address proof along with the bid)

010-Joint Venture / consortium between firms is not allowed. (A self-declaration to this regard should be submitted along with the bid)

011-The bidder should also submit these documents. (PAN CARD, GST Registration)
