Delivery begins after the last date of the original delivery order; if the quantity increases, delivery time extends via (increase/original) × original period, with a minimum of 30 days. The purchaser may extend the delivery period up to the original term during option execution.

Demonstrate by providing aud ited balance sheets for the last three financial years or a CA/CMA turnover certificate indicating annual turnover. If the bidder is less than three years old, use completed years post-incorporation for turnover calculations.

The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease bid quantity up to 25% at the time of placement of contract and up to 25% during contract currency at contracted rates, influencing delivery planning and inventory management.
