To bid, ensure your organization holds a valid FSSAI license, GMP compliance, and Hygienic/Sanitary standards. Submit PAN, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, EFT mandate, and vendor creation documents. Submit PAN, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, EFT mandate certified by bank, vendor code creation documents, FSSAI license, GMP compliance certificates, and any OEM authorizations. Include dairy supply experience certificates and technical bid documents as per buyer terms.

Packaging must specify packing size, packaging type, and clear labeling/display per FSSAI norms. Ensure labels show batch numbers, manufacturing date, expiry, storage conditions, and compliance marks; packaging should maintain product integrity during transit to Indian Army depots.

Delivery begins from the last date of the original delivery order. If quantity is increased by up to 50%, additional delivery time is calculated as (increased quantity / original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

Shelf life must be declared equal to the warranty period and reflect the latest manufacture with 100% defined life at delivery. The item should conform to current DFS/warranty standards applicable to dairy products.

Demurrage charges apply at 0.5% of total contract value per day if rejected items are not lifted within 48 hours; if not lifted within 30 days, items may be destroyed with no claim admitted.

Bidders must comply with FSSAI Standards, possess a valid FSSAI License, follow GMP per FSSAI, and meet Hygienic and Sanitary Requirements. Ensure all packaging/labeling conforms to these regulations for successful tender participation.

The purchaser may increase or decrease quantity up to 50% of the bid quantity at contract placement and during currency at contracted rates. Delivery period will adjust using the provided formula with a minimum of 30 days extension.
