Following parameters will form part of the Soil investigation report to be submitted by the consultants one Recommendation for filling under floor Two In area which have already been developed a brief about existing local knowledge records of trial pits bore holes etc in the vicinity and behavior of existing structure particularly those of a nature similar to that of proposed structure shall be included in report Three Every page of soil investigation report should have the name of Job for which soil investigation is being carried out In case of multiple sites of single job are being investigated name of each site shall be put on each page of report pertaining to the site along with the name of the Job

All pages of soil investigation report shall be serially numbered stamped and signed by the Agency carrying out the soil investigation valid NABL accreditations certificate issued to the agency shall form part of the report Note All material comma labour and T and P required for complete the job is responsibility of the Firm oblique contractor oblique consultant
