Sequential process:

1. Receive and inspect supplied materials.
2. Prepare site and ensure safety measures.
3. Install HT Booting and Sleeves.
4. Fit Bird Guards and EPR Tape.
5. Conduct testing and quality checks.
6. Submit completion report.

Bidders must ensure all work complies with relevant safety and technical standards and submit all required documentation for approval.

The process involves:

1. Material inspection upon delivery.

4. Final testing and certification.

The estimated project cost is INR 10,00,000. The financial breakdown includes material procurement, labor charges, and miscellaneous expenses. Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit (EMD) of INR 20,000 along with their bid, which is refundable for unsuccessful bidders and adjustable for successful ones. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 50% after installation and initial testing.
• 20% upon final approval and certification.
  All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and completion certificates. The bid validity is 180 days from the bid submission deadline.
