The estimated project cost is Rs. 30,00,000 (INR). The bid submission must include a refundable EMD of Rs. 30,000 and a tender fee of Rs. 1475. Payment terms specify that 10% of the contract value will be paid after successful completion and inspection, with the remaining amount payable in installments aligned with project milestones. Bidders must submit detailed cost breakdowns, including material, labour, and miscellaneous expenses. All financial documents should be duly certified and submitted along with the bid. The bid validity period is 120 days from the submission deadline, ensuring price stability during evaluation.
