Tender for Labour Work for Maintenance of HT/LT Line & Transformer at Chuda SDN - Limdi Division

The selected contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Routine inspection and maintenance of HT and LT lines and transformers at Chuda SDN.
• Repair and replacement of damaged conductors, insulators, and other line components.
• Preventive maintenance activities to minimize outages.
• Ensuring safety standards are strictly followed during all operations.
• Coordinating with PGVCL officials for scheduled work and emergency repairs.

The process includes:

1. Receiving work orders from PGVCL.
2. Mobilizing necessary manpower and equipment.
3. Conducting inspections and diagnostics.
4. Performing repairs, replacements, and preventive tasks.
5. Documenting work completion and reporting to authorities.

The contractor must ensure timely completion of tasks within the stipulated period and maintain quality standards as per PGVCL guidelines.

The technical scope includes:

• Use of approved materials conforming to IS standards.
• Transformers with a capacity of up to 250 KVA.
• HT line voltage: 11kV; LT line voltage: 400V.
• Equipment for safety and diagnostics, including insulated tools and testing devices.

The process involves:

1. Inspection using standard testing equipment.
2. Repair planning and procurement.
3. Execution of maintenance activities.
4. Final testing and documentation.

The total estimated budget for this project is INR 30,00,000. The financial breakdown is as follows:

Payment terms include:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of 50% work.
• Remaining 30% after final inspection and approval.
• Payments will be made via bank transfer upon submission of all required documents and invoices.
